Vivian B. Hawkins was born on December 7, 1961 in Baltimore, MD. As a child she moved to Carmichael, MD and was raised there with her siblings.
Vivian attended primary school and middle school in Centerville, MD. She also attended and graduated from Queen Anne High School.
Vivian started her career at the Juvenile Justice Department and worked there for more than twenty years. She was a dedicated and caring employee and would often give words of wisdom to everyone that she spoke to. She retired from her career in May of 2024.
Vivian gave her life to Christ at the church in Price. She was a very dedicated servant of the Lord. She served under the leadership of Pastor Arlene before joining Soul Saving Ministry in 2014. She was ordained as an Evangelist in 2021.
Vivian was a diehard Ravens fan and she loved eating crabs. She was also very generous and would always help anyone that she could.
Vivian is survived by three sisters and two brothers; Barbara Goodwin, Linda Goodwin and Jeanette Hoaney, Sylvester Williams and Norman Williams, nieces, nephews, and goddaughters, Tammy l. Gnatt, Shanna Edmond, Tonya Williams, Shannon Williams, Kiayonia Hoaney, Amanda Hoaney, Jonanthan Hoaney, great nieces and nephews, Robert, Torie, Lacy, Christan, Jackson, Aleysha, Sanaa, Sydney, A’Niyia , Sa’Miya, Montrell, Khloie, Keon, Ty’keria, Kenashia, Ahmyia, Natyua,Tyrie, Thomas, Kintrey, John, Charles Jr., Alivia, great-great nieces and nephews, Zoie, Aubree, Nars, Aaliyah, Jay’Unia, Dai’Veon, Terri Moore and TraVonyae Cole.
