Vincent Lee Smallwood Jr passed away on Sunday June 8, 2025, at University Of Maryland Medical Center Of Easton, with his mother by his side, which was the norm, because wherever one went the other was sure to be right there as well. Born April 7, 1985 to parents Vincent and Faye Smallwood. Vincent Jr also known as “Pee” during his younger years, and “baby boy” given to him by his aunt Mary, is preceded in death by his uncle Kevin Smallwood, aunts; Maggie Dawson-Ross, Jeanette Dawson, grandfathers; John Smallwood Sr, Linwood Gibson Sr, John Dawson Sr, and grandmother, Beatrice Gibson.
Born and raised on the Eastern shore, he enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Heart disease never stopped him from having a heart of gold, even when he became ill.
Vincent attended Caroline county public schools until the 10th grade.
Vincent attended Whole Counsel of God Ministries in Greensboro MD, where he loved to dance and praise the lord. Vincent loved music, you could always find him with a set of headphones just vibing. Lord knows he loved himself a phone, he probably went through hundreds of them, he also had a love for watches, every year for his birthday, you could bet that one would be on his wishlist.
Vincent is survived by his parents Vincent and Faye Smallwood (Federalsburg MD), grandmother, Maryneal Smallwood (Cambridge MD), sisters; Melissa Smallwood (Federalsburg MD), Tasheka Gibson (Easton MD), Michelle Woolford (Joseph) Federalsburg MD, Jessica Hunt (Delaware), aunts; Sandy Gibson (Easton MD), Mary Sidney (Fred), Cambridge MD, Sylvia Gibson (Preston MD), Brenda Gibson (PJ) Easton MD, uncles; Micheal Gibson (Cambridge MD), Linwood Gibson Jr. (Shunail) Easton MD, John Smallwood Sr. (Barbra) Henderson MD, Curtis Smallwood (Minnesota) John Dawson Jr., Donald Dawson, nieces; A’ziyah Burwell, Brielle Smallwood, Jacori Smallwood, Daniya Dashiell, nephews; Jordan Lewis, Bryce Lewis, Ja’ron Hunt-Fletcher, great niece, Anoura Burwell, and a whole host of family and friends who he loved with all his heart.
