Thomas E. Neal, Jr.

Thomas Emmanuel Neal Jr. was born January 24, 1 952 in Dorchester County, MD to Thomas Elmer Neal and Mary Elizabeth Custis Neal. Thomas departed this life on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.

Thomas and his wife Doris Mae Neal were members of End of Time Harvest Church and Ministries in Salisbury, Maryland. After a short courtship, Thomas and Doris were joined together and married on July 14, 2018. They stayed married until death parted them. They died two days apart, together in life and death.

Thomas had a love for music. He played guitar and the keyboard in the gospel group with his cousin, Boosie Dennis. Thomas and Rodney would also battle on the chess board at all family functions.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Mary Elizabeth Neal and son, Elvis Neal, his wife, Doris Mae Neal and three brothers; Otha Nock, Emory Beckett and Theodore Snead. 

Thomas leaves to mourn his children, Thomas (Nancy), Rodney (Cassandra), Karinda Williams and Ronnie Neal, twenty-two grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, one brother Charles Beckett, sister-in-law, Deshirley Riley, brothers-in-law, Sherwood Riley, James Drummond, Laronn (Brenda), Terrence (Alisa), Noah (Deborah), special sister, Frances Hyatt, special niece, Lashawn Nock, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
