Ronnie Stanford, Jr. Obituary

Ronnie Andre Standford J.R., affectionately known as “Peeper,” was born on December 23, 1983, at Easton Memorial Hospital to his loving parents, Rosemary & Ronnie Stanford. He passed away peacefully at home on September 3rd, 2025 in Cordova, Maryland.

Peeper graduated from Easton High School in 2002 and went on to attend Salisbury State University, where he majored in Business Administration. Throughout his career, he held several positions but especially enjoyed his role as General Manager at Pizza Hut in Easton, where he loved interacting with his coworkers and building lasting relationships.

An active and joyful person, Peeper played tennis regularly, participated in Pop Warner football as a child, and was a proud Philadelphia Eagles fan. Known for his affectionate nature, he was always ready with a big hug, a warm smile, and words of encouragement. He was a shining light to everyone he met and loved helping wherever he could.

Peeper was preceded in death by his grandfathers, William Emory Sr. and Paul Louvin Holmes Sr., his grandmother Quintella Emory, and his cousins Cornelius Green and Eric Emory Jr.

He is survived by his paternal grandmother Lillian Holmes; his parents Ronnie Stanford (Lynn) and Rosemary Stanford; his sister Tayna Baynard; Aunt Peggy Pierce Morrow; Uncle Dalford Pierce; Great-Uncle George Stanford, Sr. , Uncle Gary Stanford (Sandy), Aunt Sandra Caldwell (Norwood), Uncle Michael Stanford Sr., Uncle Karl Black, Aunt Cynthia Green (Thomas), Aunt Sylvia Emory, Aunt Linda Emory, Aunt Willia Boyce (Rodney), Aunt Marie Pitts (Jackie), Aunt Brenda Emory (Mark), and Uncle William Emory Sr.   He shared a special bond with his cousins Tamara Pitts and Mariah Pitts, and his Aunt Marie Pitts, with whom he spent many cherished hours in their home. He also shared a close and meaningful connection with his cousins Tranel Stanford and Pam Pinder, relationships that brought him great joy throughout his life.

Peeper also leaves behind a host of cousins, nephews, and dear friends, including his close-knit group known as “The Pack”, a close-knit group, including Jamar, Darnell, Lynette, William, Zakya, and Shariya.
