Robin Fontaine Moore, lovingly known by many as “Base,” of Denton, Maryland, passed away on October 1, 2025, at the age of 54. He was born on April 25, 1971 in Ocean City, Maryland, to Mary Moore and the late Arthur Daniley.
Robin graduated from North Caroline High School in Caroline County. He was a devoted sports enthusiast with a love for basketball. He enjoyed following current events and engaging in conversations about the world around him. Robin was well-known in his community for his generous spirit, always lending a helping hand with odd jobs and small tasks to those in need.
To family, friends, and neighbors, Robin was more than just a familiar face; he was the “neighborhood uncle,” a source of laughter, encouragement, and care. His joyful spirit and warm presence touched everyone around him, leaving lasting memories of kindness, humor, and love.
Robin was proud to be a father to his children, Aaron, Robin Jr., Ravynn, and R’ielle. He cherished the moments he shared with them and carried them all in his heart. That love extended to his grandchildren, Aniya, Alia, and Amani Moore, who brought him great joy and pride.
Robin is survived by his mother, Mary Moore; his beloved children, Aaron, Robin, Jr., Ravynn, and R’ielle, treasured grandchildren; Aniya, Amani and Alia Moore, siblings, Audrey, Anthony, and Kintay (Desiree) Moore, and a host of nieces and nephews, Anthony, Jr., Azia, Rakiya,
Tashanna, Mike, Tayah, Kintay Jr., Kyleaha, Damiah, Raylee Moore, Jaden Baines and his two godchildren Jasmier Davis and Jeuan Harris.
Robin’s memory will also be lovingly carried by his DCP family; all who were blessed by his life.
He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Daniley and his grandparents, James and Rosalie Moore.
