Randy Bolden Obituary

Randy Derrick Bolden was born on August 28, 1969, in Easton Memorial Hospital to Grace L. Bolden and the late Lewis D Butler. He attended Colonel Richardson High School, where he was known for his athletic abilities. Randy enjoyed playing sports like baseball, football, basketball and he also ran track.

Randy worked for TMC Construction Company in Laurel, Delaware. Randy also had a true passion for cars; he could turn a basic car into something astonishing, which led him to establish his own mobile detailing services (RB Detailing Services).

Randy Derrick Bolden was known for his outgoing personality. He was known and loved by many. Randy was very big on family and loved their get-togethers, especially Sunday dinners at Mama’s house. Randy would always make his way to the kitchen, so that he could be the taste tester of the fried chicken. He enjoyed reminiscing on all the old photos of family and friends. Every picture had a story that he loved to share and talk about. Randy had a passion for helping others, giving them words of encouragement, always reminding people that God has the last say in any situation. Randy could recite a scripture from the bible at any given moment.  His Faith in God was definitely bigger than the size of a mustard seed.

Randy enjoyed dancing and listening to good music. He loved being the DJ at family functions.

Randy Derrick Bolden was a dedicated son, father, and brother.

Randy was preceded in death by his father, Lewis ”Woody” Donelle Butler, grandparents; Addie Bolden, Booker Davis, Sylvester Bolden (Big Ford), Ida Mae Bolden, aunts and uncles; Charles Batson, Irene Bolden, Nathanial Bolden, Larry Butler, Sylvester Tilghman, and Lola Butler.
