Patricia Denzell (Seth) Wright

Patricia Denzell Seth Wright passed away at Easton Memorial Hospital on Thursday, March 11, 2021. She was 60 years old.

      Pat, as she was affectionately known, received her education in the Caroline County public school system and later pursued her education in nursing in Dover, DE.

      Pat was joined in matrimony to the late Samuel Wright. Together they raised their grandson, Zion Blackwell, whom they loved very much.

      Pat was no stranger to hard work, she was employed by Comfort Keepers, St. Benediction School, and the Pizza Palace to name a few. She had a special gift of taking care of the elderly and her dream was to open her own assistant living company. She also loved cooking and talked about opening her own restaurant. Pat was a real “go-getter”, and whatever, she set her mind to do, she would pursue it.

      Pat became a member of the International House of Worship, Inc. in 2004, under the leadership of Pastor Dawn Ellison. Pat loved her church and believed in supporting it, serving on the usher board, cleaning committee, and the choir.  She was also a member of the Second Generation Community Choir of Federalsburg, Md. She was well known for her big beautiful smile. Pat loved laughing and making others laugh.

      Pat was preceded in death by her husband, Sam “Fox” Wright, parents; Clarence Seth and Doris Lee Demby, paternal grandparents; Clarence Seth Sr. and Emma Seth, maternal grandparents; Linwood Warner, Sr. and Alberta Virginia Warner, grandson, Deonte’ Blackwell, brother, Harry Phillips, aunts; Gertrude Price, Regina Sampson, Lucille Brown, Irene Drummond, uncles; Robert Warner, Frederick Warner, Larry Warner, Stephen Warner, William Cornell Warner, Archie Seth, Roland Seth, Maurice Seth, Leon Seth, and Allen Seth. 

      Patricia leaves to cherish her memories, three sons; Defhaun Price (Sushanna) of North Carolina, Jojuan Turner of Indiana, and Deon Turner of Easton, MD, grandchildren, Zion Blackwell, Jojuan Turner, Dorien Hotchkiss-Price, Darren Price, Syncere Turner, Jalil Turner, Ja’Kyiah Turner, Zymere Turner, three sisters, Sylvia Egerson of Cambridge, MD, Olivia Mosley (Arnold) of Dover, DE, Barbara Fauntleroy (Roy) of Richmond, VA, one brother, Keith Seth of New Jersey, aunts; Beatrice (Sonny) Rich of Denton, MD, Doris Butler of Dover, DE, Mary Roundtree of North Carolina, Willa Seth of Wilmington, DE, Josephine Seth of Preston, MD, her Pastor, Dawn Ellison, her Co-Pastor, Passion Bolden Tilghman, her church family and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
