Patricia Cannon Obituary

Patricia Ann Cannon departed this life on Wednesday, November 6, 2024. She was born on August 16, 1963 in Easton, Maryland, the beloved daughter of the late George Cannon, Jr. and Pauline Cannon-Payton.


Patricia graduated from Colonel Richardson High School c/o 1982. As a child, she attended Mission Hill Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ in Hurlock, Maryland.

During her life Patricia was known to be a hardworking and well educated woman. She enjoyed the privilege of motherhood and took pride in being a full-time mother, and later became a grandmother. She adored being a mom-mom, showering her grandbabies with gifts made her very happy. Patricia had multiple interests. She enjoyed cooking, music, playing cards etc, but what she loved the most was giving. Patricia was a giver at heart, she gave much LOVE, laughter, and she gave to her community, friends and family when there was a need.

The memory of Patricia will forever be remembered by her seven children; Howard Savage Jr., Jermaine Savage, Jamarr Savage, Jerell Savage, Jermell Savage, Jamesha Savage and Janesha Savage, twelve grandchildren, Beautiful Savage, Angel Castro, Trey Chandler Jr., Jermell Savage, Jr., Sa’Riyah Coston, So’Maya Savage, Iyrana Savage, Kymani Castro, Jesen Coston, Taylor Savage, I’Mare Castro, and Bryant Shelton III, four sisters; Vanessa Travers and Theresa Stephenson, both of Cambridge, Maryland, Daphne Tull of Baltimore, Maryland; two
brothers, George Cannon III of Jessup, Maryland and Darnell Cannon of Laurel, Delaware, one aunt, Gloria Jones of Atlanta Georgia and one uncle, Terry Cannon of Seaford, Delaware, a godson, best friend, Elaine Pickett and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Patricia was preceded in death by her father, George Cannon and mother Pauline Cannon-Payton, grandfather, George Cannon, Sr., grandmother, Marion Cannon, grandmother, Pearl Cannon, baby brother, Carlos Cannon, aunt, Hattie Cannon (Poo Poo), aunt, Marie Simms, and nephew, Timothy Hall.
