Nancy Mae Scriven Molock, 76 of Cambridge Md. departed this life peacefully at home on Wednesday, January 18, 2023. Nancy was born on June 5, 1946 in Hampton South Carolina, to the late Woodrow Wilson Scriven Sr. and the late Mamie Smith Scriven Gibson.
Nancy received her education in Hampton South Carolina Public School System. After school Nancy was relocated to Maryland with her mother and siblings to reunite with other family members. It was there she began to live her life to the fullest.
Nancy was employed in the seafood industry for over 40 years. She worked at Clayton Seafood, Kool Ice Seafood, and Ocean Odyssey. In her younger years she worked at Roy Rogers.
In her free time she enjoyed riding her bike, doing various types of puzzles, coloring by numbers and crocheting. Cooking was her passion. Her family was everything to her. She loved to cook and feed them as much as possible. Nancy enjoyed eating soul food but most of all she loved all types and flavors of rice. It was definitely her favorite. She would eat it with everything. Nancy was a very happy person. Her favorite sayings were “Oh Well Then” & “Then Oh Well” whenever she had a conversation with someone. Nancy loved her Oldies but Goodies and definitely her westerns. Wally-World (Walmart) as she called it was her second home. She would go there everyday if she could. Last but not least she loved spending time with her crew “The Golden Girls” (Peaches, Teanie, Marie, and Martha).
