Maureen Wilnetta Huggard

Maureen Wilnetta Dean Huggard, age 72, of Easton Md, departed this life on February 5, 2021 at University of Maryland Medical Center at Easton. Maureen was born on September 19, 1948 to the late William S. Dean and the late Nellie Lorraine Griffin Dean.

Maureen was a graduate of North Caroline High School, Denton Md, and in her early years she worked in Hospitality at Hampton General Hospital.  Maureen loved shopping, dining out, and traveling to see family and friends until her health prohibited it, but she was always reaching out by phone to stay connected. While unable to attend church services regularly, she was fully aware of her spirituality and was always a giver.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter Denise, and two brothers Vaughn Griffin and Andre Dean.

Maureen leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Frederick Roberts (Felicia) of Columbia, SC and Jason Huggard (Chante) of Hampton, VA, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; two brothers Maurice W. Dean (her twin) of Cambridge, Md. and Bruce H. Dean of Wilmington De; one sister Gaynell Bledsoe (Ray) of Capital Heights, Md. and  a host of aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.....A memorial service will be held at a later date for family and friends.....Lovingly submitted by the family.
