Marilyn Virginia Carter Lovingly known as Lynn, 69 of Trappe MD departed this life on Monday June 12, 2023 at shore regional medical center in Cambridge MD. Lynn was born on November 22, 1953 to the late Dorothy V. Copper and the late Lester Creekmore. She received her education from Talbot county public schools and later received her degree in paralegal studies and mortuary services. Lynn was a school bus driver and was last employed at black and decker where she worked for many years. Lynn enjoyed singing, dancing, crossword puzzles as well as spending time with her family.
Lynn was preceded in death by her mother Dorothy Copper, father Lester Creekmore, Husband Hall J Carter, Son Darrell “ Dale” Carter, Granddaughter Dalasha Carter, Sister’s Nora Lee Foreman Cornish,Shirley Copes, Ardiena Dorsey, Brother’s Louis Creekmore, Erksine Creekmore, and Philbert Creekmore.
Left to cherish loving memories are Daughter Noshima Camper, Son Manuel Camper Sr., Daughter in law Ashley Deloach and Adopted Son Damien Jackson,Grandchildren Shiniqua Camper, Manuel Camper Jr., Maniya Camper, Imani Camper, Cayman Camper, Deiontre Carter, Danijah Carter, Isaiah Love, and Dabreon Carter. Great Grandson’s Kash Berry and Jacoby Blackwell. Siblings Iris Johnson (Vincent), Maurice Brooks, Betty carol Davis, Linda Creekmore, Milton Tilghman, Ricky Creekmore(Tami), Bernard Copper and Raymond Nichols(Jamesetta).
She also leaves to cherish special friend Micheal McCready, close friend Mary Thorpe, adopted sister wakena rafiu-baker and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
