Margaret (Roberts) Fountain

Margaret Fountain 89 died on Monday, November 6, 2023 at University of Maryland Easton Hospital. She was born on January 24, 1934 in Easton, Maryland daughter of the late Mary E. Sullivan Roberts and the late Perry Roberts Sr. Margaret was a student at Moton School.

She was a very kind and loving person, and very well respected in the community. She enjoyed the fashion of things and people, laughter, and good memories. No good story went untold in her presence.

Margaret was preceded in death by her husband the late Edward Fountain, her daughter Lorraine Marion Roberts, four sisters Alberta Roberts, Thelma Bailey, Virginia Mae Cherry, Darlene Rich. Three brothers Edward Roberts, Perry Roberts Jr., and Henry Roberts, a niece Loretta Brittingham, two sister-in-law Ellice Roberts, and Lorraine Roberts, three brothers-in-law Fredrick Bailey, Bobby Cherry, and Douglas Rich, and dear friend, Mary “Chickie” Anderson.

Survivors include nieces Barbara Roberts, Evita Roberts, Lorita Bethel, Rene Pierce, and nephews, Corey Rich and James Pierce; great nieces, Shawn Brittingham, Isis Flamer, and Krystle Pierce; great nephews Robert Brittingham, Marvin Wilson, Marquis Roberts, Montez Harrigan, Travis Cephas; Granddaughter through God, Tammy Jenkins; Naomi Harrion; Four great-great nieces MiShawn Collins, Shanae Jefferson, Manisha Camper, DreOna Dawson and numerous cousins, relatives and close friends.
