Celebration of life for Lloyd Copper, Sr., 78, better known as “Hockey”. Lloyd passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at University of MD Shore Medical Center in Easton, MD. Lloyd was born on February 1, 1942 in Easton, MD. He was the son of the late Moses Copper and Mollie Hammond. He was educated in the Talbot County Public School System. He was married to Dorothy Pinder Copper. He was employed at Black and Decker in Easton, MD, Tyler Vaults and Old Salt Seafood.
Lloyd was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Pinder Copper, his son, Ronald Lamont Copper, his brothers Lamont Hammond and Vincent Hammond and his sister Louise Copper.
Lloyd leaves to cherish his memories, his daughter; Sharon Pinder of Cambridge, MD, his sons; Kirk Bowser (Javana) of Royal Oak, MD, Lloyd Copper Jr. (Akima) of Preston, MD, Troy Copper of Easton, MD, and Kevin Copper of Cambridge, MD, sisters; Celeste Copper of Easton, MD, Victoria Hammond of Easton, MD, Lorelie Copper of Philadelphia, PA, Sharon Copper of Meriden, CT, special friends, David Washington of Easton, MD, Bertina Potter of Easton, MD and Tana Potter of Easton, MD and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
