Judy Ann Johnson, 64, of Easton, MD gained her Heavenly wings on Saturday, July 22, 2023.
Judy was born at Easton Memorial Hospital on March 27, 1959 to Hattie Johnson and William Ryans. She was raised by her loving grandmother, the late Ruth Johnson.
As a child, Judy was raised in Starr, and attended Queen Anne’s County Schools where she graduated from.
Judy loved cleaning, cooking, writing, reading the Bible, watching her stories and spending time with family. She always loved just being in the comfort of her home instead of going out. She was thankful for her daughter who was always there. She loved her children more than life.
Judy worked for the Chesapeake Center for many years in Easton, MD until her health started to decline.
A special thanks to Denton Nursing and Rehab who cared for her during her last few months. They have seen her good and bad days, enjoyed to laugh with her and was shocked when she would get up and started dancing. Judy was the life of the party. Two of her nieces; La’Trisha Carter and Nicole Veale would always go and visit while cutting up with her.
Judy was preceded in death by her sisters; Jean, Joan, Pearl, Iris Ryans, Arretta Baylor (James), Joanne Coleman, two brothers, Larry Cooper and George Scott Jr.
Judy leaves to mourn, her daughter, Stacy Chase (Kevron), son, Craig Murray and bonus son, Michael Williams, seven sisters; Deborah Cheer (George), Jane Jones (Kevin), Cheryl Ryans, Angel Cooper, Cindy Scott, Betty Johnson and Brenda Scott, two brothers, William Ryans Jr. (Carletta) and Brandon Cooper (Shakyra), seven grandchildren; Ahmyia Murray, Shamyia Murray, Eriel Murray, Tynasiah Parker, Zavion Goldsbrough, Ny’aire Wilson and Nevaeh Williams and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
