Jeffrey Chester

Jeffrey Merton Chester gained his heavenly wings on Tuesday May 12, 2020 at Easton Memorial Hospital in Easton, MD.  Jeffrey was born on January 5, 1958 to the late Eunice and Ernest Chester in McDaniel, MD. He was 62 years old.

Jeffrey grew up in St Michaels, MD before moving to the Rosewood Center in Owings Mills, MD.  In 1994 he began attending the Day Program at the Chesapeake Center and entered the group home in 2001.

Jeff loved everyone and always had a million-dollar smile.  His smile would light up a room and all the ladies were his “Honeys”. In his younger years, Jeff found enjoyment in riding horses. This is something that he loved to do. He also loved flowers, dancing, collecting stuffed animals, watching games shows, cartoons, and going on walks. 

Jeff was preceded in death by brothers, Bishop James Pinkney, Jessie Pinkney, Robert Goldsborough, and sister, Allison Hynson. 

Jeff leaves to cherish his memory brothers; Kevan E. Chester (Angie), sisters; Ernestine Turner, Stephanie Chester, nine nieces; Tuana, Shalanda, Allison, Tanisa, Tamara, Nicole, Tiffany, Rasheme, and Brittany and four nephews; Ronald Jr., Antoine, Teran, and Calvin, a cousin who was more like a big brother, Timothy Barnett, three Devoted Caregivers; Lori Witcher, Roberta Smith and Krystal Wilson, and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.
