James Manuel Wilmer (Jamie, as he was affectionately called by his family and friends) was born on January 3, 1990 and departed this life on July 2nd 2020. Jamie was the son of Charlene D. Wilmer and Elbert Demby. He grew up in Denton, Maryland and graduated from North Caroline High School.
Jamie had many talents and a beautiful smile that caused a chain reaction! Jamie had a gift of gab. There was never a day that went by that Jamie couldn’t be seen somewhere in Denton talking or laughing with someone. He will surely be missed.
