Jacob Noble Turner (Junie), 60, of Easton, MD went to eternal life on May 8, 2020. He was born to Bertha Freison and Jacob Sherwood on August 17, 1959.
Jacob was educated in the Talbot County Public School System. He worked at SeaWatch International for 35 years where he drove a forklift and worked in the maintenance department. It was there where he developed his love for mechanics.
In his spare time, Junie loved to fish, watch his westerns, work on cars, play basketball, and dance; he was the life of the party.
In his later years, Junie sang on the Men’s choir at Bethel Church. Junie loved to cook. He also enjoyed making his many dishes for his family and friends before his health began to fail.
He was proceeded in death by his two brothers; Lorenzo Turner, Jacob Sherwood, his grandson, Deonte Turner, his grandmother, Rosie Bantum, and his mother and father-in-law, Mary E. Copper and Charles Copper Sr.
Jacob leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Tracy Copper-Turner, his mother, Bertha Freison, his father, Jacob Sherwood (Mary), one daughter, Ebony Copper, eight sons; Dontaye Warner (Julie), Jojuan Turner (Latrease), Deon Turner, Jahari Copper (Natasha), Travon Copper, Tynell Copper, Bradford Young, and Antoine Raikes (Desiree), a special son, Jose Cruz, and a special nephew, Morris Norton, five sisters; Cindy Turner, Loraine Turner, Tanya Ford (Fred), Treneice Handy, and Sherry Copper, four brothers; Jerry Holland (Veronica), Bruce Turner (Kathy), Thomas Freison (Paulette), Jacob Holland, and Charles Copper Jr. (Jackie); fifteen grandchildren, thirty-five nieces and nephews, six aunts, four uncles, and a host of cousins and friends.
