Hattie Marie (Johns) Smith

Hattie Marie Johns Smith was born to the late Mary Etta Williams and Cecil Johns in Preston, MD on July 5, 1950. She was preceded in death by both parents and her brother, Laure Calvin Johns.

Hattie received her education at Lockerman School in Denton, MD. She worked at Perdue for 32 years.

Hattie lived in Fort Pierce, FL for over 10 years.

Hattie was survived by two daughters Sherita V. Evangelist of Salisbury, MD and Teresa Wilson of South Caroline, one sister, Catherine M. Downes (Tracy) of Federalsburg, MD, five grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She will be sadly missed by her family and friends of Maryland, Delaware, and Florida.
