Franklin Lee Brown, affectionately known as “Frankie” to his friends, was born to the late Williams and Irene Brown on March 28, 1958, in Easton, MD. He departed this life on April 30, 2024.
Frankie grew up in the Caroline County school system and graduated from North Caroline High School. Frankie worked at Palmetto in Denton, MD, for many years before he went on to pursue self employment as a “Premier Detailer.”
