Dominique Marlene Lugo was born on March 8, 1962, to Elmer Cephas, Jr. and Clementina (Tina) Lugo in Easton, MD. She departed this earthly life on Wednesday, February 19, 2025.
Dominique received her formal education through the Caroline County public school system where she studied Cosmetology and enjoyed mathematics.
Dominique worked many jobs including Country Pride Chicken Factory, Coldwater Seafood Corp., the Tomato Factory, Harper & Bateman’s Pickle Factory and KMC.
Dominique loved reading the bible and celebrated her salvation. She was a member of Mount Calvary UM Church in Preston, MD where she sang on the choir.
Although she loved Maryland, she relocated to Chester, PA to join her family in the early 2000’s.
Dominique’s joyful smile could light up any room. She had a way of making people feel special with a smile and conversation. She also loved pampering herself by attending the hair salon to get her hair done regularly.
Dominique was preceded in death by her father, Elmer Cephas, Jr. and mother and father-in-love Kenneth and Lottie Friend.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her mother Clementina (Tina) Lugo, sisters Sonja Lugo which is also her identical twin, Verniece Jackson (Francis Jackson), and Charmine Cephas. Her brothers Carnell Cephas and Darren Cephas, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
