Charles A. Gardner, 77, of Cordova, MD, gained his heavenly wings on September 21, 2024, at Shore Regional Medical Center, Easton. He was born on December 30, 1946, to the late Charles H. Gardner and the late Edna H. (Pierce) Gardner.
Charles received his education in the Talbot County public school system, graduating from Moton High School in 1967. After graduation, he joined the U. S. Army, serving until 1970.
In 1978, he married the love of his life, Carol Frazier.
Charles held several jobs throughout his lifetime. He was employed at A&P Grocery Store, was a truck driver for Gordon Burns, and later purchased a dump truck to become an independent driver. was always delivering his produce to family and friends. Charles followed in his father’s footsteps.
