Bradford Lee Young, Sr. of Pondtown, MD was born on January 18, 1953, to the late Levin R. Camper and Gracie Mae Young. He departed this life on March 12, 2024 at Compass Regional Hospice Center in Centreville, MD.

Bradford enjoyed life, and especially spending time with his family and friends. In addition to going to car show shows with Uncle Kennard and Uncle Eddie Warner, he enjoyed playing cards with them and others.  Cleaning cars while listening to old school music was a favorite pastime of his.  Cutting grass and building things was also his passion.

In addition to his parents, Bradford was preceded in death by his sister and two brothers.

Cherishing his memory are his wife Sheliah, children, Carol Ann of Arkansas, Tamika (Bryant) of Federalsburg, Bradford, Jr. of Georgia, and Brandi of Cambridge; stepchildren, Damione of Pondtown, Antwan (Desiree) of Preston, and Sharay of Easton; brother Robert Camper (Tonita) and sister Peggy Brooks, both of Trappe; in-laws Ann Hawkins, Melvin Ashley, Brenda Dodd, Wanda (Wayne) Elliott, Debora Copper and Linda Nixon; 12 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends.
