Obituary
Bernice Alfreda Holley passed away, peacefully in her sleep, on Tuesday April 18th, 2023 in the home she shared with her devoted and loving husband.
Bernice graduated from Easton High School in 1972. Bernice dedicated 23 years of service at The Dixon House in Easton, MD. She was also employed for a number of years at William Hill Manor an Yale’s Clothing. While working at William Hill Manor in 1989, she met her future husband, George Holley. Bernice shared vows with George in a private ceremony on August 18th, 2000.
Bernice enjoyed sewing, arts and crafts, driving, classic fast cars, her stories every morning, and loved herself some Johnny Gill.
Bernice was predeceased in death by her mother Amelia, her father Dennis Wilson and one brother, Ronald Wilson, sisters-in-law, Bernice and Lois, and brother-in-law, Charles.
Bernice leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, George Holley, daughter, Shalonda Brown, three granddaughters; Danielle, Deja, and Draya, four sisters; Barbara Woolbright, Mary Gale, Dorothy Blackwell, and Joann Sisco, five brothers; Dennis (Pauline), Johnnie, James, Larry, and Tyrone (Emprin) Wilson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters and brothers in-law and friends.
