Antonio Frisby Obituary

Antonio Lee Frisby was born in Seaford, Delaware, on November 13, 1974, to the late Beverly Jean Frisby and Albert L. Crippen. He departed this life on December 18, 2025.

Antonio, better known as “Tony,” graduated from Sussex Technical High School located in Georgetown, Delaware. He was a supervisor for 21 years at Perdue in Georgetown, where he was respected for his strong work ethic and leadership.

Tony enjoyed fishing, playing basketball, traveling, and attending wrestling matches. He loved listening to 90’s R&B and rap music. He also loved watching football. His favorite team was the Dallas Cowboys. Yes, cowboys for opponents in the back! His favorite basketball team was the Los Angeles Lakers, and his favorite player was the GOAT Kobe Bryant. To know Tony, you knew he kept God first in everything he did. No matter the circumstances, he always said, “it was working out for my good. God got me.” He was a regular at the gym. You would have thought the gym was his second home. He also loved spending time with friends and family. The love he had for his family was undeniable. Tony will always be remembered by his infectious smile that could light up a room—often introduced by the gleam of his signature gold tooth that seemed to speak before he did. He had a warm spirit that made everyone feel calm. Being in his presence had a way of instantly brightening your day.

Antonio Lee Frisby leaves to cherish his memory, his five children, Kiona Drayton of Seaford, DE, Jesse Wise of Wilmington, DE, Meghan Drayton of Laurel, DE, A’Lonna Soto of Milford, DE, and Toni Frisby of Seaford, DE; beloved godmother, Roslyn Pumprey; grandchildren, Na’Ziya Drayton, Ja’Kye Drayton, Sky’la Drayton, Zi’yon Drayton, Za’Riyah Drayton, Ka’Hari Morris, and Kaire Morris; and remaining siblings, Melvin Crippen, Albert Crippen, Gloria Frisby, Valarie Williams, and Sholonda Cornish; along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.
