Anna Johnson Obituary

 Anna Jo Johnson (60) of Royal Oak MD peacefully passed away surrounded be family and friends on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at University of Maryland Shore Medical Center.

Anna was born on October 10, 1964 in Cherry Point NC the daughter of Joel and Jane King. Anna was a graduate of Chesapeake College and worked as a x-ray technician at University of Maryland Shore Medical Center for the life of her professional career.

She was a friend of Bill W. Anna enjoyed reading a good book, hunting for sea glass and arrowhead along the shorelines and beaches of Talbot County. She most of all enjoyed time with her grandchildren, family, friends and visiting her beloved home state of North Carolina.

Anna is survived by her husband Chris Johnson, eldest daughter Madeline (Dale Somers), daughter, Meredith Schultz (Shane Schultz), granddaughter, River, grandson, Parker, sister, Lu Dickinson (Don Dickinson) and many nieces and nephews.

Anna was preceded in death by her parents, Joel King and Jane Shrout, stepfather, Jay Shrout and brother, Joel King. Anna will be greatly missed and remembered for her angelic smile, comforting hugs, radiant spirit and unconditional love for her family and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held on February 22, 2025 at 11am at Real Life Chapel 403 Hollyday St. Easton, MD 21601.
